Pet Policy

For safety and service quality, all lawns must be free of pet waste prior to scheduled visits. If the yard is not service ready upon arrival, we may need to skip that visit.

Scheduling & Service Timing

1.) Services are scheduled by route rather than exact appointment times.

2.) Weather conditions may occasionally shift service by 1–2 days.

3.) During peak growth periods, service frequency may increase to maintain lawn health.

Property Access Requirements

1.) Gates must be unlocked prior to arrival.

 

2.) Pets must be secured during service.

3.) Yards should be clear of toys, debris, and obstacles.

Payment & Billing


1.) Payment is due after service is completed.


2.) We accept major cards, ACH, and online payments.


3.) Late balances may result in temporary service suspension.

1.) We are not responsible for damage caused by hidden objects or unmarked obstacles.


2.) Pre-existing lawn conditions may impact service results.

1.) If you are dissatisfied, contact us within 24 hours so we can address the issue promptly.
