Terms & Services
1. Property Access
Customer must provide clear and safe access to the property on the scheduled service day. Locked gates, blocked driveways, or restricted access may result in service rescheduling.
2. Pet Safety
For the safety of pets and crew members, customers must secure pets indoors or in a separate area during service.
3. Utility & Irrigation Responsibility
Customers are responsible for marking underground utilities, invisible dog fences, irrigation lines, or other hidden hazards prior to service.
4. Weather Delays
Services may be rescheduled due to weather conditions such as heavy rain, lightning, or unsafe ground conditions.
5. Debris & Waste Removal
Unless otherwise specified, yard debris generated during service will be removed from the property. If a customer requests debris to remain on-site, they assume responsibility for disposal.
6. Property Damage Disclaimer
While every effort is made to prevent damage, the company is not responsible for damage caused by hidden obstacles, unmarked utilities, or items left in service areas.
7. Lawn Conditions
Services such as mowing or cleanup may be limited if lawns are excessively wet, overgrown, or unsafe for equipment.
8. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in service suspension.
9. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Additional charges may apply if site conditions differ from those originally observed.
10. Cancellations
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid scheduling disruptions.
11. Seasonal Scheduling
Recurring services such as mowing operate on a scheduled rotation and may shift due to weather or seasonal workload.
12. Photography & Marketing
Photos of completed work may be used for marketing or portfolio purposes. No personal identifying information will be shared.
Leaf Season Disclaimer
During fall cleanup season, leaf volume may vary depending on weather patterns and neighboring trees. Additional visits may be required for complete removal.
