About the Role
The Lawn Technician is responsible for performing routine lawn maintenance and landscape services while maintaining the professional quality standards of 4Seasons PGH. This position requires attention to detail, physical work outdoors, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
Lawn Technicians play a key role in ensuring every property we service is left clean, sharp, and well maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Lawn Maintenance
Perform routine lawn care services including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing to maintain clean and professional property appearance.
Landscape Maintenance
Assist with seasonal landscape work including mulch installation, weeding, pruning, plant care, and general property cleanup.
Equipment Operation
Safely operate and maintain commercial landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hedge trimmers.
Property Care
Work carefully on client properties, ensuring lawns, plants, walkways, and surrounding areas are treated with respect and attention to detail.
Job Site Cleanup
Ensure all work areas are left neat and free of debris before leaving each property.
Requirements
Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or outdoor labor preferred.
Must be comfortable operating or learning to operate:
commercial mowers
string trimmers
backpack blowers
hedge trimmers
gardening
Lawn Technicians must maintain a steady work pace and take pride in their work.
This position requires:

willingness to complete physical work outdoors
This is an active outdoor job requiring the ability to:
work outdoors in heat, rain, and changing weather conditions
walk and stand for extended periods
lift 50+ pounds regularly
perform repetitive tasks such as trimming, edging, and cleanup
